Chocolate Milk Protein Shake

You can create a great tasting milk chocolate protein shake in just a few minutes. Simply follow the steps below.

Step 1: Wash and get ready for a fruit blender. Do not use a cheap mixer, with poor quality (thin) blade. Cheap Mixer also usually with weak motors, which are easy to overheat. Invest in a good mixer. You can use the mixer, for the years to come.

* 1 glass of milk.
* 1 egg.
* Milo orCocoa powder.
