Ingredients:
1-Box Brownie Mix
8oz cream cheese, soft
2 tablespoons butter, soft
1 tbsp corn starch
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk
1 large egg
1-teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chocolate frosting, store bought
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix as per package directions. SpreadSpray mixture in 9-13 inch pan with cooking spray. Beat with electric hand mixer, cream cheese, butter and cornstarch in a large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk. Beat egg and add vanilla, until smooth. Pour cheesecake mixture evenly over brownie batter.
Approx. Bake 45 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned. Cool and spread chocolate icing over the top evenly. Cut into bars and store in refrigerator covered.
Makes about 3 dozenBars
Note: Another great icing to an 8-ounce tub of Cool Whip and mix with 12-ounce milk chocolate chips, place mixture in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir until well blended and creamy. Microwave fluctuate, so you may need to microwave it a little longer, but before you know that need to first mix, because it can not.
